Callum
Physiotherapist • Founder • Director
Callum studied physiotherapy at Monash University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2016.
Callum has worked in a number of different environments throughout his career having experience in private practice, having worked with St.Kilda Football Club, and most recently having worked in Aged care as the head Physiotherapist. Through these experiences, Callum has had the opportunity to work with people of all different backgrounds, including those with varying disabilities, the elderly, elite athletes, children etc.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys training in the gym and enjoying a healthy, balanced lifestyle; as well as getting outside for a bike ride or a walk along the beach.
Taylor
Physiotherapist
Taylor is deeply driven by the desire to guide individuals on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves, employing a holistic approach that incorporates exercise, education, and manual therapy.
Taylor enjoys working with a range of clients from athletes, geriatric and paediatrics.
A notable specialization for Taylor lies in the realm of musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation. This focus reflects a commitment to helping individuals recover and regain optimal function following injuries, employing a combination of therapeutic techniques and personalized rehabilitation plans.
Beyond her professional life, Taylor’s enthusiasm for an active and healthy lifestyle extends into her personal interests. Taylor frequents the gym, trains MMA, enjoys cooking and hiking!
Chathu
Physiotherapist
Since relocating from Sri Lanka to Australia, Chathu has significantly expanded her expertise in geriatric and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, alongside her proficiency in managing group exercise programs. She adeptly assesses and diagnoses various conditions across age groups, delivering hands-on treatment, personalised exercise plans, and effective management techniques to prevent and minimise injuries.
Dedicated to her patients’ well-being, Chathu strives to help them achieve their health goals, ensuring optimal outcomes for each client. Eager to enhance her knowledge, she plans to pursue a Master’s in Physiotherapy in the near future.
In her leisure time, Chathu finds joy in quality moments with her young son and husband. Additionally, she indulges in her love for travel and enjoys unwinding with Netflix.
Charlee
Physiotherapist • Clinical Pilates • Yoga instructor
Charlee takes an evidence based approach to rehabilitation utilising movement as medicine. She understands the mind body connection taking a considered and holistic approach to each and every client.
Charlee has a depth of experience in working with community and disability clients, whilst also having a keen interest in soccer related injury and has experience working with a range of amateur & elite sporting teams (Melbourne City W-league, Bulleen Lions NPL, Langwarrin NPL).
In her spare time you will find Charlee surfing, meditating or in the Yoga studio.
This combined with her own experience as an elite soccer player, and love of the outdoors / general wellbeing has inspired Charlee to develop a passion for helping people of all ages achieve their physical goals, improve their wellbeing and create positive change.
Liam
Support Worker • Exercise Therapist
Liam is both a support care and therapy assistance worker, who enjoys seeing everyone achieve their health and lifestyle goals. Currently, Liam is studying his Masters in Exercise Physiology to work further with all populations groups. In his free time, Liam enjoys Basketball and plays for the Men’s team at Western Port Steelers. Other hobbies among many include hanging out with mates, listening to any kind of music, and most sports in general.
Eliza
Support Worker
Eliza is an experienced support care worker, who enjoys supporting individuals to achieve their goals. This passion continues with her studies, as she is currently undertaking a double degree to become an Osteopath. In her free time, Eliza enjoys physical activity, spending time with friends and families, and taking the opportunity to travel when she can.
